Hi Dr, My baby is 15 months old baby boy... can i give him kissan mix fruit jam with pan cake

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Yes you can give occasionally but on daily basis as jam is not a very healthy option and after one year of age you can give all family foods to the baby with less spices
