hi dr. my baby got constipation since morning. he is trying to pass stool but unable to pass it. he is i think having pain so crying while trying to pass the stool. any remedy to soften stool so that he can pass it easily?

A. Mout powder you can give that is going to help apply some oil or lubricant into the anal region because when the child will pass the motion will happen easily also apply some castor oil in the navel that is going to help apart from that you should give more of fluids and fibres regularly to avoid constipation
