hi dr.my baby girl is 2month old.from last night she is crying continuously.we gave him colicaid syrup.she can't sleep.what is the reason Dr?

A. rf ssmall babies will be having gas for various reasons please do burping of the baby immediately after feeding and give colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe
