You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly.

Please consult your gynaecologist she can only tell you after a physical assessment why your bleeding has gone down what is the situation and maybe she has to do an ultrasound or some testing to figure out what the issue would be and accordingly she can help you with it
