hi dr , mere age 26 yrs h mera 7 month ka baby h abhi kuch dino se mujhe hard stool hora blood nhi aata par cut lg jata h jo thoda painful hota h us cut pe kya lagana thik rahega plz reply kya breastfeeding ke karan water kam ho jata h mera?
