Hello ma’am No mam it is not dangerous at all it is perfectly fine if your child has swallowed it by mistake it is nothing wrong with it nothing is going to happen and most probably the teeth will come out automatically with the motion that your child will pass in the morning and even if it does not come out there is nothing to be worried about
