hi dr mera Baby 26 days old h abhi 2 din pehle wo 5 days k lie hospitalized tha nicu m m usko raat m feed nhi krwa paayi because raat m nicu m allowed nhi tha jaana abhi kuch dino se milk supply kam ho gyi h please suggest how can i increase my milk mujhe formula milk ki help leni pad rahi h

A. Hello mom aap breast ko aache se massage kiya kare, after every feed , aap diet mein panjiri, oats, flax seeds, garlic, dry fruits , drumstick leaves, fenugreek leaves etc jeera or ajwain or saunf water etc
