POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Sore breasts are common during pregnancy. Hormonal changes are preparing them to feed your baby, and you may find you go up a few cup sizes. Women with smaller breasts may find they have more pain than women with larger breasts.
