hi Dr I were feeling pain in my left breast for 6-7 days. I felt painful hard lumps on my left nipple and upper portion too. usg done .focal mastitis was shown in that.now taking antibiotics and pain reliever for 3 days. pain is not on nipple lump but lumps are not disappeared yet and some pain is still there on above nipple lump.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wxait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then takex a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
