Hi Dr., I need advice relating to weight gain as my weight has reduced by 3-4kg after delivery and I am a breastfeeding mother of 5.5 months old baby.

A. do not worry about this class of 3 4 kg weight onlyFurther it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination if required there is need for appropriate investigations also in this regard o k

A. hi it is normal too to lose weight after delivery. but for Healthy weight gain,I advise to take homemade healthy food,nuts , dairy products,dry fruits etc more keep your self well hydrated
