Q.

Hi Dr. I have been taking good food for high milk production still there is no change in the milk flow. Could you help me on this.

A. Shatavari how is a very good lactation supplement I would recommend you to take that in the first place of course and have plenty of fluids along with the diet because you have to have good amount of water in the body also to maintain a proper amount of milk
