Hi ! Dr . I am 4 months old daughter mom my baby is on formula milk my milk supply is nil actually what can I eat to increase my milk supply ? And how can she gain weight? she is under weight …. And which formula milk is best ?

A. Aptmil and Nestlé both are very good you can go ahead with either of the two so this is going to be helpful in increasing the weight along with that also I’m going to recommend for you to have a lactation supplement plus plenty of fluids fibres and protein in your diet
