hi dr ..after delivery of my 2nd child through c section ,I am suffering from gas trouble ...I feel my tummy is getting full of gas ,now my 2nd child is 2 years 3 months old,plz suggest me something to get rid of this trouble.

Try yoga meditation for better physical and mental health. Consult your doctor for further guidance. Good luck. Take care.
