Because of the hormonal changes post delivery there may be laxity of the muscles and fat content increase.
You should not worry just do some calorie restriction specially for sugar and fat which should n be avoided in excess and do regular exercise for muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased . Also take plentyt of liquids and give proper breastfeeding to the baby which will also be beneficial in management of the weight .

It’s not like that but a lot of people say that it helps in boosting up your metabolism so what you can do it before you go to sleep like half an hour to 1 hour prior have a small cup of black coffee and half of lemon to wait or whatever you are choice of lemon to it is I just have it that way and after that you should not have any water or something before you go to sleepWrite Your Answer Here
