hi doctors, my son is 1 year 9 months and is suffering from stomach pain , loose motion and fever so our doctor suggested meftal p and colpal p and junior lanzol 15 mg tablet but he is not getting out of stomach pain,burning and loose motion and so please prescribe some medicine for loose motion if required kindly do reply.
