Q.

Hi doctors, my child is having fever and vomitting .. should i go to clinic in such pandemic or is there any home remedy to cure this.. please suggest.

A. hi please measure the temperature,if it is 100f or above then please consult your pediatrician through video call for once. keep your child hydrated give Luke warm water with pinch of salt and Tulsi leaves in 2 tbsp quantity every 2 hours. dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your child in well vantileted room if there is no cold and cough , give sponge bath to reduce the temperature. maintain good hygiene offer light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc to your child. but please don't force feed or overfeed your child
