hi Doctors, my baby 10 months have dry cough and light fever, last time her pediatrician have suggested Alex junior and other one suggested Solvin cold. which one is better to use?

A. well only after check up we know. tell doctor to auscultation. you can show the baby to a pediatric doctor who will check and find the right diagnosis and treat well
