Hi doctors and moms My baby boy have 1 month old , he passes stool once on every 2 to 3 days , he was a breast feed and regular cow milk boy , previously he passes regularly but now change , I know there was no issue but plz provide reasons and tips for getting regular stool

A. Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and somegy enzyme preparations in proper dose suggested by doctgor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medications are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
