HI Doctor told me to take two calcium tablets a day during pregnancy. when i take two tablets a day i vomit sometimes. so i have started taking only one. Is it ok.

A. hi mom if u take one calcium tab then u can take calcium rich diet like milk and milk products nuts eggs etc to maintain calcium requirements .. take care
