sunscreen can and should be safely used for children 6 months and older.
spf is the measure of how well a sunscreen blocks uvb rays. currently, most dermatologists recommend you have a sunscreen with an spf of at least 30 or higher.
at least two tablespoons of sunscreen, or 1 ounced, should be used to cover all surfaces of the skin, except the eyelids.
