Hi doctor/parents, My 2 yr old kid's doctor suggested to take meningococcal vaccine next month. I don't see that in standard Indian vaccination chart. please share your opinion and suggestions. thanks.

A. this is totally optional vaccine for the baby not required routinely It is always advisable to take the vaccines to the baby according to schedule to have proper immunity now you can take the vaccine which are already missed
