In this here it is very difficult to comment propehjrly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause so it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

The treatment cannot be suggested like this you have to have an evaluation with your doctor they will help you with the right treatment course of medication antibiotics and precautions that you need to take so please get in touch with your doctor for this
