hi doctor..my son is getting fever Conti keeping a gap of 7 hours with no symptoms of cold n cough.. what could b the reason..

A. hi. .usually viral infection are leading cause. give pcm in every 6 hourly or 7 hiuy as temoratyre cross 100 F gi e lots of rest. if situation remains same after 3 days, do visjt yiur doctor
