Hi Doctor, My Son is about to complete 6 years. We are bit worried about his physical growth. He is now taking normal diet but, in spite of that his overall physical growth is not visible although he is very active. Please suggest us for any specific diet that would help us. Regards,

A. Hi mom, if your baby weight is as per the age bracket and baby is active then there is no need to worry. As far as diet us concerned you can give protein rich diet to baby. Try feedsing in colourful utensils, try Babyhug cutlery
