hi doctor, my son is 5 yr old , can i give tobramycin eye drops for redness in eye.

A. The drops that you’re talking about is antibiotic right so we do not suggest you to use it without doctors advice if there is redness you can clean it with water and you can apply basic drops like eye tone or something which is going to be good but should you be using antibiotic drops or not that your doctor can advise you
