Hi Doctor my son is 3 years old Sometimes he does stammering?what to do

A. Hai good afternoon !! How about his speech skills is he responding to commands,speaking sentences then its ok to stammer sometimes like sh,rr,sounds until 4-5 years. But if any delay in speech stammering very frequently most of the sounds then need assessment with speech therapist or developmental paediatrician.
