Hi Doctor, my son is 3 months and 7 days ... i am breastfeeding him. but i am observing since last few months he is not passing stool daily. sometimes on alternative days .. sometimes 2 days later.. this time he had not passed it since last 3 days. please suggest what shall i do?

A. the baby is 3 months of age it is quite natural that some babies cannot be passing stool regularly even a constipation of one week is absolute in normal in the babies
