Q.

Hi doctor, my son has had a fever for the last 3 days, from yesterday night his temperature is increasing to 102. Friday we went to hospital my doctor has suggested if temperature is increasing more than 100 he suggested Ibujesic. is it fine can I continue with that or can I take him to hospital again

A. you can continue the medicines for 3 to 4 days whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for three days and follow the instructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up. so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
