Hi doctor, my son has fever since Monday. but it has came down yesterday itself. but from yesterday morning he has muscles pain in leg and is not walking. he has throat pain, stomach pain and head ache. is this the symptom of any viral fever? kindly advice.

A. viral fever comes like that. Temperature more tham 99 is fever. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection
