Q.
Hi Doctor. My Son (3yr 9Mnth) is suffering from fever (No cough no Cold)since yesterday afternoon 3 times fever occurred. we are giving him dolo 250mg on every 4hrs (4ML) and Meftal-P when fever comes (5ML). Should we need to add some more medicine?? please suggest

if you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal .
otherwise give syp paracetamol 250 MG 4ml 6th hourly for 3 days
If no improvement
Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed

Author of questionFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Doctor what should be done if temperature goes above 101 F. No extra dose of medicine (Mefenamic Acid)?? Only stick to the Dolo 250 MG?? Please suggest. it will be a great help.
