hi doctor my son 2 year 4 month old today I have given deworming syrup suddenly i feeled his head warm I checked it is 99.3 forehead temperature any problem will occur I have given deworming can I give paracetamol if temperature raises ?

A. hello check for the temperature n if above normal level then may put paractamol n any concern then is better to check with ur doctor which is better n also safe too
