Hi doctor my milk is drained a lot a 5 months... milk is not enough for my little one... which milk powder can i use for her

A. u can drink shatavari powder to increase your milk production

A. any brand of stage 1 up to 6 months of age once baby is more than 6 months you can start giving stage 2 formula as well you complementary foods
