hi doctor my little one is 3yrs old, but still not speaking fluently, he speaks Amma and appa and one or two words remaining he is expressing in action what to do?

A. Hello dear parent, this is absolutely normal among babies. Do nkt worry. You need to speak with your child a lot and in a very clear tone so that he understands what you are saying and would imitate as he would grow. As your child will start going to school c, his speaking skill would also increase and improve. Good luck and take care
