hi doctor my kid is having allergic on face from 3 days today checked body temp is 98.8.0please suggest

A. What kind of an allergy are you talking about that’s not clear to me because you haven’t given any details so fever is definitely not there but heading towards fever is 98.8 is almost heading towards fever only so kindly consult your doctor for further assistance
