hi doctor , my doctor asked to take early tiffa in 19 weeks. In scan reports their said that , lower end at 53mm away from internal os in pregnancy. can you say how serious is this and also give precautions for me

without examination it is difficult to tell proper treatment as well as advice so you should visit the doctor for health assessment as well as examination.
whether any investigations is required or not will be told by the doctor

It is better that you follow your doctors advice only because you’re observing doctor is only going to give you correct advice after getting the scan done and according accordingly you should move ahead with it otherwise when the gynaecologist would be available she will give you a response response to your question
