hi doctor my daughter is nw 3.11 month old and not gaining weight.. pls help me

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. not gaining weight start with multi vitamin supplements as Zincovit or A to Z drops consulting your pediatric.. exclusively breast feed is recommended till baby complete six months.. mother milk helps in weight gain.. maintain gap between feeds..
