Q.

Hi doctor, my daughter is 5 years 5 months old as of now (born with 2 kg weight only) and she is highly active, she eats healthy food, but she doesn't gain weight according to her age. She is 14kg. I gave her multivitamin syrup, albendazole, please tell me how to gain her weight? Thank you

A. Multivitamin syrup will not help in weight gain. You have to give high protein diet on a daily basis and that’s what will Improve these parameters. The baby is very active and that is a very good sign
