Q.

Hi doctor.... my daughter is 1yr old...shez active and playfull...bt dont know why shez very disturbed while sleeping at night...she wakes up nd cry in evry half n hour...what may b the reason of her daily regular discomfort.

A. A proper assessment is required here so regarding this it is advisable to contact some nearby doctor and so accordingly the doctor will guide in a proper way . A. there are number of reasons of excessive crying in children because it can be either due to some type of colic pain or digestion problem or due to some type of nasal blockage abdominal pain or any body pain so if it is not improving meet your doctor and for pain you can give one dosage of paracetamcol. if it appears to be colic pain you can give anti colic medicine and if it is due to nasal blockage you can give nasal salince drops. many times changing the environment of the child helps as well as diverting the child helps.
