Hi Doctor, My daughter (7 years 3 months old) still has her lower front milk teeth, and her permanent teeth are starting to come in behind them. Should I be concerned? What should I do? Thanks!

A. If the milk is hard and fallen and new has started to come then it’s a problem then in that case you should consult the dentist to get the previous teeth extracted otherwise a permanent is going to lose its place and later it’s going to be a problem
