hi doctor,my child is 9y10 mont . she safring from could every 3/4 month.what is the reason and how to control this problem?

to get cold and cough Infection frequently indicates that your child is having low immunity.
so , please focus on building strong immunity of your child.
for that ,
give Healthy nutritious diet to your child.
your child diet should include green veggies , citrus fruits , nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc.
keep your child well hydrated
prefer weather appropriate clothes for your child.
give exposure to sunlight at least 20 minutes a day.
you can give Tulsi leaves with pinch of salt, turmeric powder and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
