hi doctor. my child is 1 year 4 months. he has fever for about 1 week. given paracetamol 120 for 3 days it doesn't work after sometime again started fever. so that I gave him imol 3 ml a day only at fever peaks. is that ok? he s crying now n then. he s kicking his legs n crying like he s going thru something inside. he s not even taking any food, now breastmilk too.
