Hi doctor my boy is 12 years old his face is filled with small pimple type dane with pus what is it

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please maintain proper hygiene and also wash face 3-4 times in a day with a Skinayu Face wash and also you can apply candid ointment on effective skin..::::.. Take care
