hi Doctor, my baby not pooping from 3 days, releasing gas often may I know for what reason baby is not pooping do I need to change food intake please do suggest what should be done

It is normal with breast fed babies and there is as such no food restrictions for you just to avoid gassy and heavy to digest foods in dinner and drink plenty of water and for vaby cycling motion of legs and massage tummy in clockwise direction around the naval
