hi doctor. my baby is spitting up all the milk immediately after feeding. what to do?

Maybe your overfeeding the child that is why this is happening also you should keep your child on to shoulder for at least 20 minutes after giving a feeling that is going to help in better digestion and burping as well still if your child is vomiting a little bit is normal but if it is a large quantity then check with the doctor
