Hi Doctor, My baby is 6 months old and started giving solids along with breastfeeding. Now, I have to go to work so i may not be available to give the breastmilk, I would like to know how long can i store milk in fridz and give it baby? how long can I keep it outside without fridz? and pls suggest formula milk for the baby.

A. Hello dear parent! Expressed milk will stay good for a couple of hours under normal temperature, for 5 to 6 hours when refrigerated. Just thaw refrigerated expressed milk. Consult your doctor for further assistance
