Q.

#AskTheExpert My child will be 5 months old by the time I need to go back to work. I will be away from 9 to 6. So far, I’ve only been breastfeeding, now on going back to work, I’m very concern about his fooding. What do I feed him? How? When? How much?

A. dear mum, you should continue to exclusively breastfeed for another 1 month, until 6 months. breastfeed baby before going to work and after coming back from work. while at work, baby should be fed with expressed breast milk using katori and spoon. breast milk stays good at room temperature for 4 to 6 hours and in the chiller section of the refrigerator for 24 hours.
