hi doctor. my baby is 5 month old today. he is not taking interest in mirror. if I show him mirror he shyly turns away. other than this is he active socially. he smiles laughs coos babble. I read baby enjoying mirror is milestone. as my baby is not taking interest should I worry?

I can totally understand. even I was like this. I had no idea. I even had to travel after a year and half. that time it was just my husband , baby and me. I wasnt sure at all how I can take care. but you will definitely learn. it is amazing to see them do new things everyday. take care. we are here to help anytime you need.

ideally you should not worry. sine babies enjoy certain things and some babies dont. not every baby is same. some may take a few extra months to reach some milestones. you are saying he does everything else. just make sure he is looking at you and making eye contact while you talk to him.
