hi doctor my baby is 4 months 15 days old he is popping 3 to 4 times a day and poop colour is light green i have started formula milk twice day total he is taking formula milk 120 ml per day remaining all Brest feed only is it normal that he is pooping 4 times a day and one more thing lightly one tooth also reflecting please suggest
