hi doctor , my baby is 3 month n 20 days old .. from today morning his poo is coming in motion .. it's not dat much runny motion plz suggest me what to do n he is feeling little feverish also sinces afternoon ..

A. ye sits ok dnt panic. It s an absolutely normal finding so as per what you have mentioned here there seems to be no reason to worry about this at all so dnt worry about it . . .
