Hi doctor My baby is 2 and half month . and she have teeth now..so is it good sign of development or not?

A. The tooth are erupting early so you need to take care that whatever the baby puts in the mouth is always clean. massage the gums with a clean cold cotton cloth if baby is having irritation in the gums. help the baby chew on silicone teethers. start brushing your childs teeth using a finger silicone brush from now itself.

A. it is good sign of development? or we need to consult with child specialist? as baby is of only 2.5 month

A. Madam Your child is having this teeth from its birth to your child has started having these teeth now you don’t like early or something like that ?? If your child is having an early tea thing also there is nothing wrong with the health of the child or something but it is way too early I believe so consult a dentist once
